Mining and Geological Engineer

Mining, mining safety, and geological engineers locate, extract, and prepare minerals, coal, and metals to be used in manufacturing and the energy production. They oversee mine shaft and tunnel construction, design underground mines, and coordinate the transportation of minerals to processing facilities.
